Well known fact - The hotter the planet gets the more the Arctic circle melts.
Well know fact - Within the arctic circle there is loads of OIL AND MINERALS. Then who needs Venezuela
Obvious fact - As the ice melts it gets easier to get to the oil and minerals
Worrying fact - the article circle and who owns what is in dispute.
Very worrying observation - with the growth of the use of energy by most countries, who controls the energy controls everything
