Over the years I have employed loads of people and seen hundreds of CV’s. You know what I always look for in a CV?
- Something odd
- People who have failed lots of times
- People who have travelled
- People who have a strange hobby
My simple reasoning is that people who have done these things generally don’t follow the crowd and hence can be creative.
We are always looking for odd people and you don’t need a CV:)
