Someone much wiser than me told me all their staff fitting into 4 types of people and explained what he did with each type:

• No skill and bad attitude - don’t employ then and if you do get rid of them
• No skill but good attitude - employ then and train and nurture them
• Good skill and good attitude - Keep them happy
• Good skill but bad attitude - Poison, don’t employ then and if you do get rid of them

Maybe you could do that with your friends and family too:)
